These terms of service govern the use of the SaaS platform and mobile app "Ashout" (hereinafter "Service") by Invsion OG, Lobaustraße 64/10, 2301 Groß-Enzersdorf (hereinafter "Provider"). By using the Service, the user agrees to these terms.

The Provider offers a SaaS platform and the mobile app "Ashout". Registration is required to use the app. Some features of the app are subject to charges.

4. Registration and User Account

• Using the Service requires registration.
• Users are obligated to keep their access data secure.
• The Provider reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of violation of these terms.

5. Payment Terms

The Ashout app includes paid features. Payments are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their payment policies.

6. Data Protection and Usage

• Stored data: name, email, IP address, cookies.
• Third parties: hosting and tracking services (Google Analytics, Supabase).
• A detailed privacy policy follows separately.

7. Availability and Disclaimer

The Provider does not guarantee constant availability of the Service and is not liable for technical disruptions or data loss.

8. Termination and Withdrawal

• Users can delete their account at any time.
• Paid services in the Ashout app are subject to the withdrawal regulations of the respective app store.
• The Provider can terminate user accounts with 14 days notice, or immediately in case of violation of the terms of service.

9. Final Provisions

• The laws of the Republic of Austria apply.
• Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, if legally permissible.
